Compass is an AI-powered product management platform that assists users in writing product requirement documents (PRDs), refining product thinking, and streamlining product development workflows. The Service may include web applications, APIs, and related tools and documentation.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

6. Subscription & Billing

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
• Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Compass Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI-generated outputs should be reviewed by humans before use in production environments.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
